Sirole

Terms and policy

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms and this privacy policy cover your use of the Sirole website and app, run by Sirole (“Sirole”, “we”, “us”). By using Sirole you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Sirole.

1. What Sirole does

Sirole helps you find companies near a location you choose that may fit the criteria of an AI data broker (currently Grepped AI and Micro1), and writes outreach assets for them: a printable letter and a set of outreach ideas. You can then introduce those companies to the broker through your own referral link.

  • Sirole is independent. It is not owned by, an agent of, or acting on behalf of Grepped AI, Micro1 or any AI lab. Their names and logos belong to them.
  • Sirole may earn a fee when you join a broker’s referral program through the links on Sirole’s Referral page.
  • Referral commissions are offered, decided and paid by each broker under its own referral terms, not by Sirole. Figures shown on Sirole (such as “up to $100k” or “$50k per referral”) are the brokers’ published figures and can change. Sirole does not guarantee that a company will respond, qualify, sign or complete a deal, or that you will be paid any commission.
  • Facts about the brokers used in outreach assets (for example price ranges and privacy practices) come from the brokers’ public materials and can change. Check them with the broker before you rely on them.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. There is no password. Sign-in is provided by Clerk.
  • You must be 18 or older to use Sirole. One account per person.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

3. Free use and daily limits

  • Sirole is free to use.
  • Without an account, you can run one search if you accept cookies. If you sign in afterwards, that search counts as one of your account’s searches for the day.
  • Each account can run 3 searches (each a list of up to 10 companies) and Generate 5 sets of outreach assets (a letter and ideas for one company) per day. The limits reset at midnight UTC.
  • We may change these limits, and may limit use that is automated or clearly beyond normal personal use.

4. AI-generated results

  • Company lists, letters and ideas are written by AI models using live web search results. They can be wrong or out of date: a company may have moved, closed, changed size or not meet a broker’s criteria.
  • Check every company and read every letter before you use it. Sirole’s results are not legal, financial or business advice.

5. Doing outreach

You are responsible for the outreach you do and the letters you send. When you use Sirole’s assets:

  • Be honest about who you are: an independent referral partner. Never say you work for Sirole, a broker or an AI lab.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, such as rules on post, phone calls and marketing email, and respect private property when you visit an office.
  • Follow your broker’s referral rules, for example what you may say about prices and when you may send your referral link.
  • Never collect, hold or forward a company’s data, files or logins, and never ask a company for them. The broker handles all of that directly with the company.
  • If a company says no or asks you to stop, stop contacting it.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t:

  • Create extra accounts, or clear cookies, to get more free searches.
  • Scrape Sirole, automate it, or try to get around its limits or security.
  • Use Sirole to harass anyone, to mislead companies, or for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Privacy: what we collect and why

  • Account. Clerk stores your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. Sirole stores your account ID to link your data to you.
  • Searches. The country, state or province, city and address you enter, the broker and category you choose, and the companies found (public business details: name, website and office address). We keep them so you can return to a search and save lists to your library.
  • Outreach assets. The letters and ideas you generate, kept in your library until you delete them.
  • Referral links. The links you save on the Referral page, used to fill in your letters.
  • Usage. How many searches and Generates you have used today. The counts stay when you delete lists, so the daily limits work.
  • Visitors without an account. If you accept cookies, a random ID in a cookie, and a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself), kept with your search to limit free searches.
  • Letter details are never stored. The name, email, phone and recipient you type when you save a letter as a PDF stay in your browser. They are used once to make the PDF and are never sent to Sirole.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use advertising or analytics trackers. We use your data only to run Sirole, keep it secure, enforce these terms and meet legal duties.

8. Who processes your data

  • Clerk: sign-in and accounts.
  • Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • OpenRouter and the AI model providers it uses (for example Anthropic): your search location, broker, category and the company details are sent to them to find companies and write outreach assets. Your name and email are not.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and the database.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

9. Cookies and browser storage

  • Cookie choice (sirole_consent): remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, for up to a year.
  • Free search (sirole_anon): set only if you accept; a random ID that lets you run one free search without an account, for up to a year. Rejecting removes it.
  • Sign-in (Clerk’s cookies): keep you signed in. They are needed for accounts to work.
  • Browser storage: the sign-in page remembers the email you entered for up to 10 minutes, so the code step survives a page reload.

10. Keeping and deleting your data

  • We keep your data while your account is open.
  • You can delete saved lists and generated letters and ideas in your library at any time, and clear a referral link by emptying its box and saving.
  • To delete your account and all its data, email us at invelene@gmail.com. We will do it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

11. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and depending on where you live other laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or California law, you can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email invelene@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or your local data protection authority.

12. Ownership

Sirole’s app, design and content belong to Sirole. The letters and ideas Sirole writes for you are yours to use, edit and send for your own outreach.

13. Disclaimers and liability

  • Sirole is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will earn you any commission.
  • Sirole is a free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and this policy. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will decide any dispute about them. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
